Corporate PDCA Analyst

(Plan Do Check and Action)

Hey everybody who liked my article about after graduation from my management trainee of Astra Agro Lestari company. This is how I liked to share and promised before.

I graduated from the program in July 2018 and into a position of Analyst or Staff (Full Permanent Position). The job was amazed for me, especially took a serious observation data (verification) -  supporting managers – audit compliance – coordinating until evaluated even given a training became a trainer in Astra Agro Academy Borneo 1 (two time’s).

In another good thing, we have the alias as Project Assistant (who handled the pilot project) from head office Jakarta – Pulogadung. Which is trial and problem solving must have too.

Conservation Area of Site

Astra Agro Lestari’s had a department who controlled a system, called XPRO (Excellent Productivity) which’s monitored by Board of Director. That was me in a circle of the business process as field staff.

I would like told about main point work as PDCA Staff in Borneo 1:

1.    Support to Assistant-Managers (All Department)

2.    Coach and Supporting Site (Subsidiary of Astra Agro Lestari)

3.    Reporting and Analysis the gain perspective of Site.

4.    Made a decision of problem & report the solution from discussion team.

5.    Monitoring of SOP (Standard Operational Procedure).

That’s I could share so far, and another thing was confidential. PMDP (Plantation Management Development Program) 1 - year program, in my opinion after graduated has challenged for me, taking how to be a great leader then.
